On the 30th of April 2023, BIDEV implemented the first intersectoral cooperation meeting in virtual format via Zoom Platform with the participation of 21 stakeholders between 18.30 – 20.45 Turkish Time. Among these 21 participants, 3 people (Turhan Koray – Trustee of BIDEV, Dr. H. Emir Turam – Trustee of BIDEV, İlknur Dinç – Sport Trainer) represented the project consortium and were responsible for the moderation of the meeting.

The virtual meeting has been lasted 2 hours and 15 minutes. Final flow of the meeting: 

18.30 – 18.45: Welcoming Speech & Introduction

18.45 – 19.00: Project Presentation

19.00 – 20.30: Main Session – Self Introduction Round and Answers for Leading Questions

20.30 – 20.45: Sum Up & Evaluation

In the first 15 minutes of the meeting, meeting has officially started with the welcoming speech of Turhan Koray who is the Trustee of BIDEV.  Right after official opening, Ms. İlknur Dinç conducted project presentation. Project concept, aim & objectives and activity plan are explained in detail. As meeting participants are consisting of active sport actors, their knowledge is increased on Erasmus+ Small-Scale Cooperation Partnership in Sport field.

After the project presentation, Dr. Turam has moderated the main session based on self-introduction round and directed four questions one by one to the stakeholders. After the collection of the answers, a brief sum-up of the meeting is held and evaluation is conducted. Stakeholders are informed about the upcoming events and meetings.
